  Went to D.C. Collision because I wanted a one stop experience for getting my BMW repaired. I do have to say, I was a little nervous about having a shop that isn't one of the big names, or a franchised dealer work on my car. I'm not a snob, but like anyone, I wanted my repairs to look good. Well, I do have to say there were a couple of problems that I noticed when I went to pick it up. But that's not the point of this review. I've actually come to expect problems. Doesn't matter where you go or what you do, there are times when things don't go 100% right. What I think matters most is what a company does when there is a problem, and that is how I'm basing my rating. They stepped up big time and went the extra mile to make sure I was completely satisfied. It's easy to praise a company when everything goes perfectly. But feel it's even more important to acknowledge when a company not only does the right thing, but goes the extra mile. Thanks to the whole D.C. Collision team!
