  The park is nice. Visited late January 2018. Trails appear unblazed, and with leaf cover on the ground a bit confusing at times.
  
  This is basically a dog walking park. When we went, there were a dozen dogs each with an owner, sometimes walking in pairs. None of the dogs were on leashes, and ranged 20 to 30 feet away from their owners. Many owners carried an unattached leash. Dogs varied in size from small to large. When I asked a few owners if they were going to leash their dog, they seemed taken aback, as though wondering why anyone would do so. One owner of a large loose dog on a trail gave me a snide, "yeah, I'll get right on it."
  
  The was only one person (other than us) without a dog.
  
  I love dogs. I understand they need exercise. I think the sign at the park entrance saying all dogs must be on a leash should be observed, so that the park can be shared with all kinds of visitors.
  
  The park is nice, but either call it a dog park or enforce the leash laws.
